"My wife and I pulled into this Valvoline this morning with car trouble - a potential corroded battery maybe a shot alternator...as we pulled in, the owner and his crew were just pulling away, slowing down to tell us that the grand opening for this location would be in three days. I asked him where I might find someone who could help me with the car trouble and he didn't hesitate to pull back in, call his crew back and pop the hood of my car. He diagnosed the problem, told us if he had the parts he'd fix it himself, and explained exactly where we needed to go, who to talk to, and how to get the vehicle safely serviced. We live 100 miles from Green Bay and were returning home from vacation; this fella had nothing to gain by pulling over and helping and did everything he possibly could to lend a hand. THIS is the type of person operating this location, these are the kind of people who will be working on your car. Generous, Considerate, Thorough and Compassionate. If it was feasible for me, this is the only place I'd take my car in the future. Outstanding, gentlemen. Thank you."
