"Love the check in on line feature. Have used the discount gift card for several years. Last year it was $12.99. I would load 8-10 cuts on card. But they have now discontinued that and the new deal is buy 5 get one free. Sorry but not a deal. I will not be purchasing. If you offered the card at $17.99 at least customer still saves $4 per cut. Same deal, just sounds better. And you save on each cut. $15 is better. Definitely would have bought at that price."

"Checked in while next door with a zero minute wait. Walked in the shop seconds later to find out I would wait over 30 minutes before getting in the chair. Problem solving was unacceptable. They finally found my hair cut notes when I kept pushing back. 1 customer with a crew cut was in another chair getting a cut when I walked in and was still there 45 minutes later when I left. The same hair was cut over and over and over again. Wait time was over an hour when I left. The computer kept getting the blame for all the shop problems. Edit: As noted below, customer service was in-fact contacted - but was never heard from again."

"They don't follow instructions, I don't know if I caught them on a bad day or something, but they ignored my request and gave me a completely different hairstyle. Not to mention they weren't talkative at all and when I tried to strike up conversations I would either get a one word response, or be completely ignored. Needless to say I'm not impressed, and it's not the first time this has happened to me."
