"11 days for the first service. Over 10 weeks after a part failed and wrecked my plow. Then I was told that I couldn’t take my 4 wheeler because they hadn’t been paid by Polaris for the labor yet. Not my problem. Service manager wouldn’t call me back, general manager wouldn’t call me back and my salesman only put me on hold and sent me to the service department. Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with in my life. They should service vacuums because they suck so bad. I bought a pit pass service agreement for my first 4 oil changes and I will not be cashing in on the last 3. I took it to a dealer 30 minutes away and had it back the next day. As a land owner I allow the snowmobile trail on my property and I’ll be putting a sign up letting everyone know how much I despise Nextgen. My best advice is to go elsewhere.
