"Poor experience at check in. Woman at reception desk assigned me a room that had a bad odor and sunken couch, first level view of parking lot. I requested pool view. She told me there was no documented request for that and she was unable to do that. She gave me 3 more options of parking lot or street view. We've been owners since 1984, unit #169. Very disappointed with her customer service and disregard for ownership."
"amazing resort . Stayed in a 1 bedroom suite it was huge. It had a kitchen, living room w/ big screen tv and sleeper couch. it had 2 full bathrooms. 1 with shower and other with tub shower combo. The bed was big and so comfy. the linens were amazing and a great big patio."

All 3 persons make Winners circle resort 5 stars with their personality, kindness and smiles. I felt right at home for the holidays. Coffee and tea selection in the morning rocked as well. "As a time share owner we have stayed here before. Love the resort very clean and has everything you need. Both times staying here the front desk is very rude and it’s like they don’t want to be bothered. When we were trying to check in they stayed in the back room and ignored us. The manager Rodger has been nothing but accommodating each encounter with him. Coffee is served in the lobby daily at 6 am. The 2nd day we were there it was not ready until 7am and no one at the 24/7 check in desk the entire time. Front desk needs some customer service training."
"The location is great with quick access to the beach and easy on/off freeway access. Its a little dated but very clean. The sauna was a nice feature to have on site. We had a king room with a kitchen which equated to a 1 bedroom/2 bath efficiency apartment. Perfect size for a comfortable stay....even a dishwasher! Many good restaurants within a short drive."
