"This location is terrible. Homeless all over the place. Renting rooms, casing the parking lot at all hours of the day. I just called the front desk and spoke with a woman who didn't help solve my issue. I will NOT be staying here. Terrible. Do better #Motel6 clean your place up and give your guests a bed that isn't so used from an overweight person. I want my deposit back and I should be issued a refund for terrible customer service!!!"

"Heater did NOT work. They gave me a portable heater to pick up from the office. And that did NOT work. Second stay here and both were bad stays. There will not be a third stay. Get your rooms together and fixed. Checked on the beds and heating and ac units often. Terrible service and horrible stay."

"This review comes a week and 3 days after I was booked to stay in a non smoking room. Thanksgiving day. I usually have a great experience with this motel chain. The booking process was easy and the staff were super friendly, phenomenal…Then I arrived to the room. Immediately, I was hit with the smell of hard chemicals trying to mask a really pungent odor on top of the cigarette aroma that clang to every surface of that room. It was nauseating. It looked clean in the photos and from afar, then I started to notice sticky countertops, dirt embedded in every crevice, stray hairs in the towel holders, grimy floors, questionable characters hanging around outside, it was a lot to take in. I did not check the bedding, I did not stay the night.(I was shook to my core, didn’t care for a return, I just had to get the heck out of there). I’m sure if I had stressed my concerns to the front desk, they would have, without a doubt have fixed any and all issues. This was totally on me and my preference on how to deal with what was presented to me. On the upside, check out was a breeze, I was able to do it over the phone in a safer, clean location. The motel is very close to the freeway, Starbucks, Wendy’s, McDonald’s, ampm, and a couple grocery stores. The beach is a short drive away. There’s a hospital near by. (This is the only media I have of the room, I always do a look over of the way I left the room)"

"What a horrible location. Basic necessities like the heater and hot water did not work. Bed bugs and human feces on the bedspread. Management did not resolve the issues! We will never set foot in that Oceanside location again. The staff will apologize and say that their guests are a priority, but they will not do anything about the issues."

"We had a long stay, we were visiting family so we picked the closest hotel to our family. We would not recommend this hotel because of mold issues and cleanliness issues the maids were very nice, the rooms were maintained daily but the floors were not clean at all. We eventually started wearing our shoes inside the rooms because our feet were getting black from the floors. The office staff was acceptable but not kind or pleasant to deal with"
