"Loved my stay at this place. I love how it feels like a private island. I loved how quiet my room was because of no real adjoining walls. My room had a private, hidden walkway to it that was solely to my room. The beach and views are very nice and calming. All staff that I encountered were friendly and helpful. My only complaint is how insanely pricey the food and beverages are on site. A simple pre-made deli sandwich at the Island Market (gift shop) was $18!"

"The resort is beautiful. They cater to all groups. It's both family friendly and great for group trips and romantic trips. There is a lot to do on the resort and we honestly did not get to try everything available. The yoga class was fantastic! The views were spectacular and at night the resort is lit up with gorgeous colors. Staff are helpful and friendly. They have everything there you need. They are very good at ensuring guests are comfortable and safe. Landscaping is gorgeous with big beautiful trees and foliage. Birds sing and fly overhead giving a very tropical feel. Rooms are clean and spacious. Tv, mini fridges, and small 1 cup keurig machines available. After 10 pm it's is quiet so you can get a good night's rest. Location is not far from gaslamp quarter where there is a very active nightlife until 2 am. I had a designated spot in front of my door. Lots of activities close by within driving distance for kids."

"Our second time coming here. We love it! You feel like you are on a private island but in the city. The grounds are beautiful and the staff is friendly. I love the bungalows that face the bay. Overall a wonderful resort and we will be back!"

"What an arrival experience!!! Lorre at registration was extremely friendly and greeted us with a smile immediately after concluding with her previous guest. We were able to get into a room by 1130am, considering they had a large departure today. My daughter and I are elated and thrilled with the resort, and we just got here. There is so much more to experience while we explore!"

"The name is not an exaggeration. It's an absolute paradise. Everywhere you look you find stunning palms and bird of paradise flowers. The hotel has a welcoming, modern style lobby. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The resort offers a lot of activities and it located very conveniently. The restaurants are a bit pricey but the food is worth the price. The staff is great. The parking fee is high (about $40 per night) but overall impression is amazing."
