"****UPDATE: Reply from management should say it all. My email was sent the morning of the 21st. We checked out the 19th and drove home to OR. We emailed when we got home, as advised by front desk at checkout. It’s all lies and sad excuse from mngr. Funny how they are quick to reply to my review but never to my multiple emails. Everything I stated is 100% true. *** The pictures are definitely not up to date. Stay clear. I have emailed the manager / owner twice with no reply. I was directed to contact management with my complaints by email from the front staff. I had to stay in the same hotel as my daughter who was there with her cheer team, because of medical reasons or I would have left. We were charged about $240 a night. This hotel shouldn’t charge more than $60 a night for rooms like this. My complaints are below from the email I sent the manager with no reply………… There is a major inconsistent temperature with the water in the shower. The water would go from warm to extremely hot and then back to warm again. This literally burned my 7 year old son and he was crying. Our first night there, I had to ask somebody to mop the floor in our room, because it was so dirty. Our socks were turning black. I didn’t even wanna place our luggage on the floor. The fake wood floor boards were coming up when we would walk on them, and one pinched my foot. I was so angry, and my husband went around the room, hitting them all back into place. The sink in the doesnt properly drain well, and will get to full for us to wash our faces and brush our teeth without waiting for the water to go down in the next person to use it. There is a giant blood stain on the bottom of the bathroom door. The sink is cracked and the bathtub was cracked, all covered with tape. The bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. The hotel room door never felt like it was closed all the way. The furniture was old, beat up and very dirty. The phone has dirt just coated on it………. The parking lots is very small with limited parking. There is a huge amount of old furniture and mattresses piling up in the back of the parking lot by the pool. Definitely an eye sore. I was very grossed out with how dirty that room was, that I found myself trying to clean it. Even had a strange smell like mildew. Also, I have never stayed in a hotel that charged a guest for ice. The breakfast was a complete joke and why are the ugly lamps glued or nailed to this very old furniture? I do not recommend staying here"
"Rooms are spacious! The mini fridge has a small freezer, that is nice to have. There is a small microwave on top of the mini fridge. The staff is extremely friendly! In my opinion, it is a little far if you are going to Disneyland. The parking lot is very small. There is a convince store in the same parking lot, that is helpful."
"I grew up in Anaheim and this is a great location. We have a family of six and they actually have rooms with 3-4 queen beds available! If you have a larger sized group, consider this little hotel. Very nice staff, clean rooms, very good location for Disney and convention center visitors."
"Excellent location 1 mile from Disney that is on the ART busline. We were looking for an affordable option near Disney, it's not a Hilton but the rooms were fairly large with tall, firm beds and the bathroom was well lit, updated and had great towels. Our room was clean, staff was very accommodating, and it has every other day housekeeping. Our room had newer carpet and the double dresser was helpful to keep things sorted. If there is a downfall, it was the paper thin walls. We could hear most the things going on in the room next door but the fluffy towels and hot water evened things out for us. The hotel does offer a lite breakfast from 7-9am, which is primarily packaged pastries, three types of cereal, and bread choices. You have to eat your food in the breakfast room, it's made clear, but people were still trying to sneak things out. They have a small pool and hot tub, but we were busy with other things. We used the ART pass through A-Way-We-Go and rode it to Disney and Knotts Berry Farm. Your on the Harbor line, and it's a way to save 2 miles a day on your feet. It's a 15 minute ride to the park from getting on."
"- A trip I experienced well, near Disneyland, every night around 9:30PM there are fireworks displays, bars, restaurants, very convenient to go out at night. - There is a 24/24 convenience store. - The bathroom is a bit small but clean and ok. - Friendly staff, ok."
