"The stylist I had was DeonDre & this review is for him, and not the salon as a whole. I believe there are areas where DeonDre could enhance his service. It would be beneficial for him to carefully listen to his clients' requests instead of assuming or persuading them otherwise. I felt that he may not have had sufficient expertise in executing a partial vivid color. Despite requesting vivid color in advance, it wasn't executed to my satisfaction. Although the color might seem okay to others, it is not what I wanted. Consequently, I won't be returning to him. I had trusted in his abilities, but unfortunately, I was mistaken. It would have been appreciated if he had been transparent about his proficiency in color treatments. Ultimately, I had to rectify my hair at home due to the extended wait time for the next appointment. This review is solely based on my personal experience, and I hope DeonDre prioritizes honesty with his clients moving forward."
