"Called yesterday to make an appointment (I have been going here for years on/off) and was told there is now a note under my account stating that I am not aloud to make appointments unless it is the day before or the day of, due to 2 no shows? I have never not shown up for my appointments. My most recent appointment (5/31/23) was changed last minute to a bang trim (because life happens), which I showed up to. I have not gone to MCV at all this year besides that appointment and I was told in February and May that I did not show up. I never made an appointment for February and I went to my appointment in May. I looked through my emails and the only thing in there for this year was my original appointment on 5/31 and the new confirmation for the change to bang trim. I asked for her to elaborate on this because this is not correct and she wouldn’t. She said this is the rule now. I have spent a lot of money here and I don’t appreciate how this was handled."
