"I just purchased a snow pusher from tractor central. Rich was my sales contact, he was very personable, professional and helpful. I live in and operate out of Fargo ND and Rich was able to help me purchase my snow pusher through them from 2 states away! I had a friend who lives in the cities pick it up for me and he let me know that Rich was ready to load as soon as he showed up and assisted with loading. I hope to work with this dealership again in the future, no high pressure sale, friendly and professional staff and egger to help. By far one of my best experiences with a dealer."

"I never do reviews, but this needs one. Older 318 taken in for stalling problem. $2200 at $130 an hour. Stalling problem fixed, has been back 3 times and it still doesn’t idle correctly. No communication. Their sales people might be fine, can not recommend the service dept."

"Try to buy parts from this dealership and also attachments. Ordered some parts finally and they said they would be in on Wednesday. Sent my kids there Wednesday night and they said we did not say they would be here Wednesday we will call you when they are in. One week+ later Friday night, I Call and ask if the parts are in yet.? They say maybe, "let me go look around". Final answer the parts are there and they didn't care to call. The customer service is poor at best and most likely just non existent. Avoid the store drive to Menomonie or further away in the future."
