"Honest as the day is long. I took my 2014 Dodge Durango into Badger Transmission with a shutter that was only getting worse by the day.  It had been a problem since practically new and now that it has over 140k miles on it, I was looking at a new tyranny. I talked with Tim about having him try and fix it since a new one couldn't be found.  A week before I was to bring it in he called and told me about a different fix that he found online, one that I could have done at the dealership that would cost a tiny fraction of what he was going to do for me. Today I took it in and got it fixed for less than 50 bucks. So glad I found Tim since I was about to junk the car. I used it to pull my 24 foot trailer for years, that too was going to have to get junked since I wasn't going to buy something new for that purpose."

"I called them per a referral from Dutch's regarding a clicking sound (likely a timing chain) in the engine. I explained the problem over the phone (where they were kind and helpful), and then they told me to bring it in to get the codes checked just to be sure. I brought it in (despite their packed schedule), and Tim was thoughtful and thorough while checking the codes and the sounds. Ultimately he determined it wasn't the kind of work they do, but was happy to refer me to the guy that does do it next door. In fact, he had already spoken to this guy after our first phone conversation to give him a heads up. Though no money was exchanged, I'd happily recommend Badger Transmission based on the service alone."
