"Nice salon. I get a haircut maybe once a year by a professional. It was 5 star service from the gal who cut my hair. She was very friendly and personable. I plan on returning again someday. However, I don't know if there was miscommunication with the person who scheduled my appointment or what have you. She told me it was at 11:30, but when I arrived that day the stylist said it was in the book as 11:15 and that I was late. As a person who appreciates punctuality, it bothered me to feel like I was late. Especially since I live 1 minute down the road (4 minute walk). Either way, she was able to do everything I needed because my hair isn't thick. So overall it was a great experience. Thank you!"
