"This hotel is very conveniently located to fast food, Starbucks, two grocery stores, a 24/7 convenience store and, of course, Disneyland! Also, the amenities are great and the staff, particularly Ash, are kind and immensely helpful. I’ll happily be back!"
"It's a decent place, the beds are extremely uncomfortable and so are the pillows. It's about a 12 min walk to Disneyland, very doable. Right around the corner is KFC, mcdonalds, burger King, and El Pollo Loco like a 5 min walk."
"The beds were so hard, had absolutely no bounds. I think the top blanket it was a curtain, however, when I sent my son to get another blanket, that blanket was soft and very warm. Room was very clean, the gentleman at the desk was very kind and helpful. It was very convenience to pay the $10 to park my car there for the day and to walk to Disneyland. I would stay there again if they got new mattress."
"We were there 4 nights and they never cleaned the room or changed the sheets on the beds. The garbage cans on the property were never emptied so the garbage in the room had nowhere to g. It was disgusting come back from a long day in Disneyland to a unmade room. They don’t use fitted sheets so we were constantly making or fixing the bed sheets trying not to sleep directly on the mattress.. travelers should look elsewhere"
"I stayed here for 3 nights to visit Disneyland and BlizzCon, and I will say that I enjoyed my stay here from the very beginning. The hotel staff are very accommodating, friendly, and honest. We were able to store our bags before and after check in, which was greatly appreciated. Also at checkout, I was told I was incorrectly charged at check in and would receive a refund. I was charged $397, when I should've been charged $379, and I didn't even notice the error. It surprised me that the staff would even mention it, so I really appreciate the honesty from the owners. The rooms are nice, but could use some improvements with cleanliness. We had a few issues with bugs crawling under the crack in the front door and into the room, but thankfully it wasn't common enough to bother us. I was also a little suspicious of how well the sheets and pillowcases were laundered, since my partner had allergy attacks from them. We were able to overcome this with allergy medicine, so it wasn't going to ruin our stay. The mattresses are a little hard, but I prefer harder mattresses, so it wasn't a problem for me. The room included a fridge, microwave, hairdryer, and toiletries, however I'm not sure if they were refilled enough since it was hard to get any hand soap out of the dispenser. The location is decent, but be prepared for lots of walking. There's a Taco Bell, Starbucks, and Convenience Store really close to the hotel which was a lifesaver. However, there are vagrants who claim the benches along the sidewalks there so it can be a little sketchy. This is out of the hotel's control and seems to be an area-wide issue around Disneyland. It will take about 20 minutes to walk to Disneyland, and 30 minutes to the Convention Center. We ended up taking the OC Transit busses (43/543) which have stops around 5-7 minutes away walking. The area can be noisy at times, and be prepared for Disneyland fireworks. You can get a really good view of them from the hotel's parking lot, but if you're trying to sleep in your room at 9:30, they will wake you up. The Friday night fireworks lasted 15 minutes and shook the building. We knew there would be fireworks, but we weren't prepared for their effects! In summary, this hotel can be an excellent option for Disneyland and Convention Center visitors. We chose this hotel for its affordability and not-too-far location from each destination. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area."
