"I stopped accepting loads from this clownshow. They take mistreating drivers to a whole new level and seem proud of it. Their Arizona facility is marginally better, but the bar is pretty low."

"Beyond the worst check in procedure ever at this place. About 50% of the time, the phone just rings and rings before anyone ever answers. I stood in the phone booth for 45 minutes one time, after standing in line for 30 minutes and it was raining. When they finally did answer, they told me I was 15 minutes late for my appointment and that I would have to reschedule an appointment. I tried to explain that I had been in line for for 30 minutes, waited for someone to answer the phone another 45 minutes, etc. He didn't want to hear it. He hung up on me. They are very rude and don't care. We are just lowly truck drivers to them. The check in procedure needs a do over especially when on rare occasion when it's raining. It hardly ever rains in Salinas but sometimes it does. It's the year 2023, we should be checking in with our cellphone's, period. Any how, any way, but with our cellphone's. The dirt lot and shotgun shack is beyond the point of rediculousness and very outdated."

"Why are we allowing Taylor Farms to mistreat Professional Drivers and behave unprofessionally as if they are the only company that provides us with produce loads. They require an appointment yet they have each and every trucking company from every direction waiting on a call to be loaded anywhere from 3 or more hours. And when they finally call and you miss their call the first time by a minute they tell you they gave your door away and have other trucks waiting….this is not good business nor is it very professional. We wait hour’s patiently and they call once just to say “we gave your door away” after one miscall. I won’t be accepting any of their loads in the future."

"This is not acceptable in any circumstances I understand drivers (some) do not clean after themselves however it should be illegal for Taylor Farms as a Company to post or enforce no bathrooms for drivers when quiet often we spend up to 8 hours at these facilities waiting to get loaded. "All processes this warehouse bad first people struggle pick load too long waiting and after when they reached delivery place whoever make paperwork they forget put purchase order number and that’s reason driver have to reschedule appointment waiting another day for delivery need 0 star this place"
