"It was a great experience except for the guest above me. I couldn’t sleep because the kids were screaming and running around 6:30 am and the building is probably old and you can hear everything."

"Nice, clean spacious rooms. Lobby has snacks and drinks too. Within walking distance to Disneyland and Downtown Disney. They gave us free breakfast vouchers at Dennys, which came in handy not having to worry about finding breakfast for the family. Also had a clear view of the nightly fireworks and free EV charging too. Will stay here again when we are the area. Very happy!"

"This is a budget hotel..i gave lower score for rooms as i believe they need new mattresses, but hubby likes a soft bed soo he had no complaints. Also, the rooms are dated. The rooms, linens, towels were clean. Relatively quiet. Staff was friendly and attentive. 20 minute walk to Downtown Disney."

"Great location, within walking distance to Disneyland and downtown Disney. Many choices to dine in the area. Very good location. Staff at the hotel were very pleasant nice and accommodating where they could be. Rooms were clean and neat and I like that it had real chairs in the room to sit on and Not just a desk chair or the beds. There was an issue with our reservations, I had books 2 double queen and 1 double But they did not have the 2 queen rooms on file? They did "find" us another room. The vouchers for breakfast were decent everything you need for a hot breakfast (Denny open 24 hours) But didn't read the fine print, should have been told the vouchers can't be used before 6:30 am and on our check out date we had to leave at 6 am. Also miss communication between Best Western and their third party Expedia with number of rooms reserve and rebate voucher promise towards rooms Otherwise nice stay"

"Ok.. it’s not the Ritz Carleton, but if you’re looking through reviews for this hotel, you can’t afford the Ritz and neither could we. First up - the good. Hotel room was SUPER clean. It needs to be updated, but you’re just there to sleep and let me tell you… the beds…. LUXURY! super comfy!!! Fridge and microwave are convenient to have so that was a bonus! Accessibility to Disney is a short walk and sneaking through the Grand California gate to cut through their hotel. All told about 15 minutes to get to downtown Disney. The morning grab and go breakfast was a very nice surprise, as was the Denny’s breakfast vouchers EVERY MORNING! That’s enough food to keep you going till late afternoon easily!!! If I had one little complaint, I’d say it was the AC unit. SUPER LOUD is an understatement. No ability to control the fan speed, so it just sounds like a jet engine spooling up in your room every 15-20 minutes. But having AC was nice, so I guess we can’t complain too much. We left it on full blast while in Disney for the whole day so when we came back at night the room was cold for most of the evening. Staff were nice. We checked in at 2 and were told they had no rooms available. I find that somewhat hard to believe but hey. We had been travelling all day so we went to Denny’s for a quick bite and 45 minutes later we went back and our room was ready. No big deal. Like Frozen says “let it got”…. You’re there for Disney, so let the small stuff slide. We would come back again for sure. One more complaint. Offer a shuttle to the park. Most hotels have some sort of transportation. This would make you guys stand out and increase your occupancy. Might even be able to charge a bit more for your rooms. All told - it’s was GOOD. Update the rooms, fix the AC and offer a shuttle and you’d be EXCELLENT."
