"This is what happens when they make a huge mistake !!! The financial administrator Cyndi was physically and verbally abusive towards me pushing her open hand inches from my face shoving both her hands in and out of my face . at one point I had to move quickly to avoid being struck and trying to physically block me at the exit door accusing me on unpaid bill which we sent a check as requested and knew I had mailed for $2146.00 and witnessed on 9/8/23 6 days prior with proof and without invoice to us !! .Another case of a person accusing another of wrong doing before Cyndi had all the facts at hand !!!. 20 minutes later after Cyndi acted out of control they got payment by mail we were told !! Imagine that !! Also at the original appointment doctor Phillip Crum left and came back into the exam room demanding payment in 7 days . Do you think this is normal practice I ask ?? .No other doctor makes a threat to make you pay up front or in 7 days , I’m getting another procedure done for $25,000 and never treated us like dr Crum .He should have his license revoked !!! Also No one working for Dr Crum should be allowed to move in front and physically block a doorway unless you hand over a check . Also Cyndi barged in my private exam rm demanding money really?? . He should of stopped her from overreacting immediately!!! He was right there watching it unfold . My atty will review the camera footage of Cyndi threatening me about collections and trying to physically stop me at the door . This physical harassment was done in a threatening manor !!! . I have perfect credit . Do not use this service!!! . Doctor Crum must have financial problems if he’s worrying about a $2,500 bill that was paid by mail like he requested us by check .Does he want us to walk in with $2,500 cash ????. Obviously the check was lost in the mail or slow in getting there . But to allow her physically try and stop a patient at the door with blocking you as your walking out and putting a hand out at me inches from my face is a threat !! . Dr Phillip Crum observed the complete incident unfold and he never at any time tried to take control and stop his employee from abuse and harassment . Cyndi should of been terminated on the spot !!. If this was an employee doing this to another she would have been terminated no questions asked !! I offered to pay 100.% day one with CC and they refused due to cash discount . I plan to take suit against this unreasonable Dr for not controlling a threatening manor afrom Cyndi and her abusive manor . No one has to deal with this type of abuse from a medical staff especially when they didn’t even realize this account was totally paid off!!!! with exception of $50.00 at 2nd appointment only because we read the amount due wrong . So the total bill was paid in 7 days for $2196 totally as agreed on !! They owe us total apology !! Ive never encountered an employee barge right in on you in exam room in privacy and threaten you with such degrading behavior as this place to pay a bill is totally uncalled for !!. I’m also filing complaint with ADA about this !!This is a, rude , threatening and unprofessional office . complaint was filed with police department for harassment said they would look at video along my atty. No one has the right to do this ever !!!. No one !! and try to block the doorway to me exiting the building is harassment 1st degree!!The Green Bay police officer agreed that was wrongful of Cyndi and her manner !! and a total apology was my suggestion to police when asked what type of action I would feel was right from Dr Crum to do to resolve this matter . As agreed we’re moving on Elsewhere I totally agreed!! . Now I’d like to see Dr Crum honor his part of the apology he owes us!!! Beware of this Doctor you are only a number to him Remember when looking up a periodontal. As I suspected he offered no Apology and no surprise from this unprofessional rude Doctor. My attorney was contacted I’m not letting this type of abusive staff continue to act in this manner .please beware!!"

The person who did my dental cleaning was so kind and professional. She did not make me feel ashamed like how I felt when I went to Dental Associates but instead she was very informative."
