"No cleaning service for our stay at all. Room is very sparse. Rather poor job of updating the room. Bed linen was in poor condition. Key to door did not work half the time. Had to go to front desk to get into room 4 times. Will not stay at a Motel 6 again."

"Front desk kindly accommodated safety concerns as a solo female traveler with a front room near lobby, well lit. Room was large, spotlessly clean, fridge & microwave, table area, no coffee maker, no breakfast, but restaurants steps away: excellent Norm's diner (24 hr), Denny's (24 hr), takeout-only Starbucks, McD, gas, grocery. WiFi worked, good mattress, plenty pillows & towels. Right off the highway on the industrial side, the cute college town shops are on the other side (not walkable). Shabby courtyard around outdoor pool (winter). No frills but clean and friendly, convenient with a car, pleasantly surprised."

"I stayed at the Motel 6 in Claremont, CA for a few days in November, 2023. I checked in around 2 a.m. The desk clerk was polite. Because of all the negative reviews I have seen, I made sure to check the sheets. The sheets were clean. The room was clean. There was no sign of cockroaches or any other bugs. The maid was friendly; I said hi to her, and she smiled and said hi back to me. There was ample, well-lit parking. There was a small refrigerator and microwave oven, which I was glad to have, but didn't need. There was a large TV, which I didn't use. The pool and surrounding landscaping were closed, but that was no problem, as I had no time to swim, and no desire, since it was such a comfortable temperature there in November. The frame around the bathroom door could use some maintenance, but that didn't matter to me. In the morning, the footsteps of the people above me, and the sound of water flowing in the pipes woke me briefly, but didn't keep me awake. It was super conveniently close to the freeway entrances and exits. There were several restaurants within walking distance. I was very satisfied with my choice to stay there, and I would stay there again if I have a need."

"I think this is the best Motel, for those who are fur babies parents. The area is nice, rooms, clean, employees nice and helpful. Don't know about crime. But it's minutes from the 10 freeway. And is going through a nice outside redo. It also has washers and dryers less than the cost of regular laundromat. What would make this Motel a triple A to me. Would be a playing area for guests to play baseball, soccer, basketball or football I believe they have a tennis court. But for any fur babies parents I very highly recommend this if your traveling or just need a place to stay."
