"I've been going here for haircuts for 15+ years and never had any issues. However, since the pandemic, getting in has been extremely difficult. The app fills up within a short time each morning, and lately no one has even been answering the phone. I've tried three days in a row this werk, at different times of day and no answer. Even stopped by around 4:50 one weekday afternoon a couple of weeks ago and the place was locked up and dark. If the problem is staffing, then maybe Corporate should consider raising the stylists' wages to attract more employees. I'm going to have to find someplace else for my trims, as I can't take time over 2-3 weeks to contact the shop to get in."

"3 Hairstylist with no customers and told me they couldn’t help me getting a haircut. Apparently they were fully booked for the day, yet again, no customers! I’m sure people will be late for appointments and also last minute cancellations. No intentions to look over the waitlist to even try rescheduling for another day to at least make it up. But nothing. Thanks"

"I've been here twice, each time it was only manned by only one person. Each time I received no response to leaving a 25% tip. The first time the stylist did a good job on my hair but ranted about how nobody wants to work anymore. The second time the stylist butchered my hair and gave me a billion layers when I asked her to EVEN out my hair. It's also impossible to make appointments... I don't recommend this salon."
