"I was attacked in room 230 and was screaming and crying for help because I couldn't call the cops and the manager made me leave and took my abusers side. I forgot his name it was something with a j or g. But he's short haired almost bald with black hair stubble on his head and is a skinny tall dude who is of color. Terrible place to stay the room was all tagged up anyways and they don't clean the sinks because there was so much ash in the bathroom sink. And fridge and microwave are 2 dollar each extra. Horrible place if I could give this a zero to negative stars I would."

"This local budget hotel is not what it used to be . . . I stayed here some years ago and it was clean & pleasant - I stayed here again to escape the recent heat wave - the air conditioner was exceptional however there was graffiti inside the room, the shower was rusty, bedding torn and the other guests were questionable. I would really like to see this little local hotel clean up it's act - it has the potential to be nice again. That plus the room rate has almost doubled - over $80 per night - it pains me to say I won't be staying here again until some major renovations take place."

"Never stayed in this hotel to be honest. But I do visit it multiple times for several years to see a fine looking little Latina for massage services ;-) For the most part the rooms always seemed pretty clean, and the beds feel comfortable for any activity you are in to."

"Excellent place to stay. The manager Mario gave us all the attention we needed for our stay. We came from Florida and were planning to stay near Fullerton and search every hotel prices were so high. Akua has the best prices and rooms are in good condition. I will be back soon . Thanks Mario for everything, we will see you soon."
