Cost Cutters

"Thank you Polly for the awesome haircut last Friday. You knew exactly what to do with my hair. I don't think I've had to comb or brush it since. You're fabulous!"

"Is this a salon, or a bar? I brought MY SON to cost cutters to get a haircut this week, just a standard cut for a little boy. As I was explaining to the stylist how I’d like for his hair to be done, she stared blankly into my face, with no enthusiasm. When I asked if she understood what I was explaining, she repeated what I said back to me, and started cutting. I sat in the waiting area, near her station and watched. When I was called over to look everything over, the top was incredibly uneven, you could see it in the waiting area. There was a few things that could’ve been cleaned up, and when I started addressing my concerns with the stylist she was immediately argumentative. She proceeded to tell me what I was asking for was an entirely different haircut and she would have to charge me TWICE!?! I clarified the problem areas with her, and even physically showed her the hair sticking out around the ears. As she blamed him for not sitting still when she worked on that part, her breath absolutely WREAKED of alcohol. It was so strong it practically PUNCHED me in the face. As soon as I smelled her breath, I told her the cut was fine, grabbed my son and we checked out. I believe her name was Penny… or Polly. She was at the chair closest to the seating area. So rude. So inappropriate. So unprofessional. What kind of establishment are you running here? Needless to say, I will go back to cutting my son’s hair at home. You can’t trust anyone with your kids. This is so incredibly disappointing!!"

"I have had amazing service from Sabrina!! I had her cut my hair and she did absolutely amazing job!! She is my go to queen when it comes to my hair or even makeup ideas this queen I'd absolutely amazing what she dose"

"Had a haircut the other day from Polly. It was an excellent haircut and she is very professional. I was very pleased with the outcome. I do need to comment on the other employees in the shop. ( I don't want to call them stylists!) They looked dirty and dressed sloppy. Sweat pants and sweatshirts is certainly not a good look when you expect a professional hair salon. They were just sitting around gossiping. I will definitely go back to see Polly but none of the other employees will get my business!"
