"Emailed as per instructions for potential new clients on website, then called and left a message. No responses back. Gave Ivana H. an extra week before leaving this review. Even if you decided you weren’t interested in considering if me and my curls could become a client, you should at least respond. Some of your existing clients will eventually leave. After being ignored, I won’t be filling any of their spots. Finally got a response- was told they were on vacation and could not have responded. Was told my review was unfair. My response to that is if you are away and won’t be responding, you should leave an “out of office” or “vacation” message on the system. That would be good business practice."
