"The bad reviews surprise me. Heritage has done a bunch of my kids' high school sports apparel over the years, and we never had one problem. My daughter put a hole in her hockey team sweats recently and I had to order a new pair past the ordering window. They ordered them, had them in a week with her number on it, and called me right away. I'm going to buy her a letter jacket soon and will use Heritage."

"I have unfortunately been a repeat customer of Heritage and have had an absolute horrible experience from a customer service standpoint every single time. This is the first time I have ever taken time to right a review and feel that this might save some one from the frustration we have experienced regularly. The actual product is good but do not expect it to come in on time EVER. Do not be misled by working with a manger because they will assure you a date but will not execute on that, you will likely make multiple phone calls or trips because they continue to provide dates they have no intention of keeping. I advise you not to use them and support a smaller venue with better customer service. We have had great success with Strauss Bike and Skate, well worth the short drive for less frustration."
