"I cannot give Zero stars. Sadly I do not know the name of the person who did my hair. I went in for a chop of a few inches and longer layers. I ended with a Karen hair cut and a massive chunk of hair missing from my left side near my ear. She was more concerned about who would be going home early than my hair. She was sweet and kind to a point. She was not rude in anyway. I am not coming at her character. But I am upset about the fact, my hair wasn't a priority. I thanked her for the cut because I am happy with the length. I have decided not to go back to get it fixed as I am not secure in the fact it will be fixed. Please be aware of the body language of your stylist, it will tell you what kind of cut you will get. I should have listened to my gut."
