"It's a cheap place to sleep. There are roaches and some of the rooms are nicer than others. The floors can be from clean to not so clean. Shower water is hot but the pressure changes from good to showerable. The ac/heater works, there's most cable channels and the HBO package. The other residents are a mixed bag, some have children and or a pet. The parking lot is lit up and haven't heard or seen any break-ins. The vibe can be from friendly to feeling your being watched, but that's almost everywhere now a days. It's mostly quiet. Suggestions: don't bring in a lot of bags. Bring an extra pillow it helps. Bring a wash rag or poof cause there's only towels. Rooms have a mini frigmdge and a microwave mostly. It's $40-$60 cash deposit and check out is at 11AM. Check in at 3 and it's a $20 cash fee if you want to renew the room without having to check. There's restaurants near by and a walmart. Besides that, enjoy your stay on Beach Blvd in lovely Buena Park, CA"

"My first self trip on my own and if I had known this was a motel 6,i would've went the other way. Walls are dirty with stains, food, and cobwebs. The room is not clean, is busted, and no refund on anything! And on top if that, the entire was not sweet, dusted, wiped, and smells of mildew... So disappointed"

"Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had in my life at a motel. There was garbage everywhere, the room was a complete dump, the towels smelled of mildew and the entire place smells of cigarettes and weed. I couldn't sleep because the walls were so thin and the people next door were up till 3am partying and smoking weed outside my room till 3am. The service at the front desk was unbelievably rude and unsympathetic to my concerns and refused to offer a refund for the night I stayed or the next night that I canceled."

"We got in late and left around 11:00 a.m. Our room was on a busy street all night long. The bed linen was fine and the comforter looked new. The rest of the room could be renovated, especially the bathroom. The room could also use a paint job. I asked for towels in the morning and the front desk person told me if I could find a housekeeper you could ask them but we're a motel not a hotel. The price was right ($69.00), and we checked out at least 10 other places that all were $100.00 plus."

"Turns out the reviews on here were true I would not recommend this place ever again. Cockroaches basically stayed up all night. There is restaurants nearby, so that’s a good thing. The walls are dirty. The mattresses are hard blankets have stains. Even the queen bedroom is cheaper than a one bedroom very convincing to stay here but it’s very very dirty hotel. The AC has slime there’s mold in the pool. Not a good place for kids or any visitors at all the remote controls? Basically the batteries are always falling off. wouldn’t recommend using the microwave."
