"I don't know what that one negative reviewer was going on about- super nice guy, very knowledgeable and beyond fair pricing. Definitely will be back!"
"Knowledge professional service. Very reasonable rates. Expert at custom or specialized work. My highest recommendation. Quick service."
"I always find cool bike accessories when I drive this way. Also they can do some of the harder-to-find services for bike frame issues. Fair pricing and some neat used and new bikes. I build bikes for fun and have gotten some essential parts here through the years. I don't want to promise too much, but this is definitely a great local bike shop!"
"The only reason why this is one star is because of two reasons. Google wont let me leave a zero star review and it is reasonably priced. With that being said, you get what you pay for. Brought in my NEXT mountain bike for a front derailleur replacement, get the rear derailleur adjusted, and new grips put on. Dropped it off on a thursday, was told it would be about a week, no problem. Stopped in on Wednesday the following week, and was told that they couldnt find a front derailleur for it, but somebody dropped off a junk bike that had one for it. Cool. Said it would be done by Thursday morning. Awesome. Came in Thursday morning and the owner went off on an entire rant about everything, cussing up a storm. Got my bike back eventually, was charged the same price for the used derailleur that i was quoted for a new one. Not even meant to fit my bike, but they "made it work". Got my bike home, test rode it on flat pavement and noticed a vibration coming from the back that was never there before. Took the bike back, to have them look at it. The employee who repairs bikes insulted my bike saying (and i quote) "do you know why they call them next? Because *throwing motion* NEXT!" Said he had nothing to do with the vibration. But considering i was the one who completely rebuilt this bike in the first place, yes you did... Do not go here."
"Bike Community - this location is a must for bike repairs! I went in with a unique road bike to ask them to repair a flat tire, unsure if they had the parts for the smaller front wheel size I own. Upon bringing it in, Mike greeted me, took my bike, and fixed the flat in 10 minutes! He was very knowledgable, very friendly, and and explained to me some of the repairs they could do when I get a full tune up. The price was extremely reasonable as well. I've taken my bike to Eriks, and a few specialty stores when I was in NYC - Grindler's hands down has the best service. Thank you!"
