"Family Circle is a picnic area within Kelley Park. There is a parking lot pretty close right above it that costs $6 per day. This spot is pretty big, about 10 tables, 5 grills, and a few garbage cans. It's next to the disc golf course so people walk through all the time. 3 stars because the reservation system isn't great. You have to personally post the permit by 8am no matter what time your reservation is for, and starting at 10am, an adult needs to be there until the event happens or else anyone can take the spot. That's pretty silly, especially after paying a good amount for a permit where the city is doing literally no work other than emptying garbage cans a few days a week."
