"The energy radiates negativity. Definitely research beforehand since this hotel is located in Skid Row which is an extremely dangerous drug capitol, not safe for women. Also worth considering the history regarding Elisa Lam, Richard Ramirez, Black Dahlia etc."

"This place was amazing, on a chilly night you can see the curtains billowing in the wind even tho I couldn’t open my window. The screams at night were very soothing to go to sleep to. I keep seeing reviews about the community bathrooms but I honestly already had a severe fungal infection. The elevator was very soothing and the bed bugs barely bit. Overall great experience!"

"I stumbled upon this gem just by chance. I am going to admit that without knowing anything about this place before the kind morning my shadow was cast over the threshold. I had a beautiful stay and didn't hear or see any issues. Maybe I'm a deep sleeper but no complaints. Other parents were more than welcoming an a Joyce pleasant addition. Will definitely be back."

"Beautiful hotel, very clean, never had any issues here. The only strange thing was the tap water, I think they replaced it with Coca Cola or Pepsi? It was black and didn't taste like average water. However than that, no issues whatsoever"

"They just need air freshener for the hallways and a Daily sweep and mop in the halls and this place could pass for 4 stars. I believe there are hotels in worse condition. So this place brings a sense of bliss. If your mentally strong and positive. I understand why people give bad reviews but it's not That Bad"
