"I called to make an appointment the other day to get my wisdom teeth removed. Last time I went there the dentist told me that there is an 85% chance I’ll lose all sensation in my tongue, face, and teeth so that scared me away for a while. When I called they told me they are not taking new patients which makes no sense because I’ve been a patient at access health clinic and dental clinic for about 10 years now."

"I love Sun prairie dental clinic. I even will tell my friends to go there, but for the fact that now they do not call you about your canceled appointment or to remind you about your upcoming appointment, It’s frustrating and disappointing. Please go back to be the awesome place that this place used be."

"I had gone here back in 2019 and don't recommend this place based on that experience. I had been needing to get my wisdom teeth removed for quite some time because they were partially erupted AND eroded, so I chose Access because they offer discounts and affordable care to low-income individuals like me without dental insurance. The process of actually going there was wonderful! The facility was clean and the staff were friendly, but everything else was a hassle. After my appointment, where I got xrays and a referral for oral surgery, it took 5 calls in the span of one month (each time they told me the scheduler wasn't available and would call me back) for them to finally tell me they couldn't put me on the schedule because there was a 3 month waiting list. Not only that, but they were unable to refer me anywhere else because "the only other place that accepts our referrals is in Milwaukee and they're booked up for months as well". I feel like going here was a complete waste of time. I couldn't wait 3+ months to have my wisdom teeth removed because the nerves/roots were exposed which means I was in a constant state of pain and could hardly even eat. I had to go to a different dentist who required new xrays which cost me around $300, then ended up having to apply for CareCredit for the wisdom tooth surgery which cost around $4000 (which I'm still paying on 3 years later and has ended up costing much more due to interest)."

"I have been going here for a few years. The staff is great. They have always been kind and patient towards me and my family. The place is always clean. I am taking a star off though because of how difficult it is to get an appointment. I was told I have to call on a Monday to schedule a normal Exam because they're all booked up already. They also couldn't schedule me an emergency exam on the spot. My info was passed to someone who worked in triage and I had to wait for that person to be available to call me back. Granted they do call as soon as they can but if you miss the call then it becomes a lot of you calling back and waiting for them to be available to call you again. Also, you cannot book months ahead of time for any normal cleaning/exam. You're only allowed to do so once it's closer to the time frame that you're supposed to have a cleaning/exam."

"I agree with the other reviewers, this place is great. The waiting room has toys and such for kids, all the staff is great at helping schedule or cancel appointments. The dentists are awesome at doing the work and offering options on dental care, etc. I also want to think them for doing their their jobs during this pandemic. Dentists & hygienists are more at risk by getting up close and personal, being in your mouth and such puts them at greater risk than doctors. Be sure to thank them on your way out after correcting your dental issues..."
