I l found her shop and she took her time and I left feeling great, now I don't plan on going anywhere else. It's hard to find someone who can give me a nice warm blonde without it being too dark or too cool toned. I'm actually embarrassed that I haven't came on to give her a stellar review yet."

"Betsy has been cutting my hair for around 6 years and I walk out feeling so good about myself. She has cut my hair for everything from mid back length to very short, including my wedding. Her professionalism, knowledge, and experience are so obvious in her craft and skill that I trust her implicitly. As for the space: as far as I know it's appointments only and it's shared with a few others. Masks are now optional as of Nov. 2022."

"WORST experience of my life!!! I read this sign (see attached), and sat in my car, waited for my call. After 25 minutes sitting in my car, I got out and stood in front of this salon. The hair dresser opens the doors and tells me she will not be helping me because I was 15 minutes late and "that's rude". Even after I explained that I was 5 minutes EARLY she continued to argue that I was late and SLAMMED THE DOOR IN MY FACE. Apparently you're supposed to call them when you get there. How I was supposed to know that....I've got no idea. So after waiting over half an hour for an appt I made 3 months ago, I left with nothing but a terrible taste in my mouth from one of the rudest service industry workers I've ever met. I wouldn't make an appointment here as you will likely get the same experience. She had no reason to deny my service or call me names. I even showed her on my GPS how I had been there since 2:53 (7 minutes early). Her response was, "Sorry, you were late and that's rude." I said, I'm not going to argue with you but I was out here. That's when she slammed the door in my face. Never in my life have I ever been treated like that. I am a respectful business woman with a charitable heart and always support local businesses. I truly can't believe it. *EDITED- since the hair dresser's sincere apology below, I decided to add more photos to rest my case :) She's clearly ill."
