"No frills motel. Great place to stay if for only a night or two and you won't be in the room much. Ac/heater worked great, bed was firm but didn't bother me. Small cozy room with fridge and microwave."
"This place is so underrated!!! I stayed here for a few days in LA and it was great. The rooms are clean and the location is great. I even added another day to my stay here (last minute) and the staff was able to accommodate me and made it as easy as possible. They may not have the same amenities at other places (hair dryer, ice machine etc) but for the price and location, it is a more than fair trade. This is where I'll stay anytime I'm in LA."
"I cannot believe how underrated this motel is. ~$100 per night in LA is amazing. And we were pleasantly surprised how good it was, the room and bathroom. The host was also awesome and he fixed the wifi problem for me quickly. Room service we didn't expect because of the 3 night stay but we got it anyway every night which is a bonus. When you wake up I recommend Yum Yum donuts for breakfast which are a short walk from motel."
"Very decent motel for a good price. You get what you pay for. Some notes: 1: the beds are hard. I personally really like that, but it's not for everyone. 2: the air-conditioning in our room didn't work properly, causing the room to be hot and humid. Opening the front door for a bit helps to cool down quickly, and keeping the window open at night did the job, but if you're staying for longer than 2 nights, it's definitely not ideal. 3: people complain about a funky smell, and they are right. There is a bit of a funky smell, but opening the window and door gets rid of that quickly 4: if you are staying here and you're looking for really good food closeby, go to the taco truck near the nearby target. Absolute best we had in the area. Get the tacos al pastor. Fantastic"
"Was a good location in general (around 15 minutes drive to Santa Monica and Venice Beach) and was pretty cozy. Only thing is I wish they had 'do not disturb" signs to hang on guest doors, as it was a bit awkward to coordinate with housekeeping (but they were also very polite and cleaned well). Overall wasn't bad and reasonably priced. Will be coming back very soon!"
