"I have seen Aliyah in the past as well as my daughter. I tried giving her an opportunity but she is very bad with keeping a scheduled appointment. Last time my daughter had an appointment with her she contacted her to reschedule. We understand things happen so we get a new date. Day of appointment she texts my daughter a few minutes before the appointment to tell her she is running late. I think, ok maybe she’s finishing up with a client, but the salon still happened to be closed. We wait for her to arrive to the salon a whole hour. After so many times she has asked us to reschedule or times she is running late, I’m deciding to take my business somewhere else."
