So today being Friday I called to get my van in and I said my name and car he didn't respond so I mentioned the work needed and he responded very sarcastically "uh yeah u were supposed to have it here yesterday" I said "no we agreed Fri" he cut me off and very childishly said "noooooooooope" and hung up the phone!!!! I cannot tell u how shocked I was by that disrespect towards a POTENTIAL customer. I can tell you he will NEVER have my business nor will I recommend to ANYBODY, I wouldn't let that man put air in my tire!!! I picked Kevin originally because he had such good reviews on here but let me be the one to break that cycle. He didn't even look at car and he lost a customer for life, that's horrible business."
