"This location is terrible!!! I scheduled an appointment for my 6 year old at this location. My husband took her, only to sit and wait in the "wrong" waiting room. Someone finally came out and he asked about the appointment and was told "don't worry, you will get a text". No text received. Finally, he got the attention of another employee. He was told they missed the appointment and the phlebotomist refused to see her since other people had appointments. This location sucks and clearly doesn't care about their customers. Staff is rude and uncaring. I will NEVER come back here. Quest - feel free to reach out to me and I'll tell you about the rest of the encounter. In fact, PLEASE reach out to me."

"When I went there, the blonde nurse started talking about me to my family member while I was there. I pointed it out and she gave a shallow excuse that my family member had a paper with the insurance information on it, even though she was asking very basic things like my name and age. Then I was really thirsty and had a long day and asked politely for a bottle of water. She made a disgusted face like me and my mother were leeching off of her and lied to us by saying there was no more water. She didn’t really seem to care about the patients if it involved inconveniencing herself to make them more comfortable in any way, she would not even do something as simple as direct me to a water fountain. Most of the time, she looked extremely angry while she was interacting with us like we had wronged her, and it really showed in how she treated us. The Indian guy is nice though. I asked for some wipes kindly and it would have taken a few seconds for her to grab them, but she still had that angry expression like I was doing something wrong for being a human being and ignored me again. On the plus side, she was mean but at least she was fast."

"HIRE MORE PEOPLE!! The review should be 5 stars since Mani is great, but he is the only one there always working alone. The wait is so long and not his fault it is a 1 man running the show. Management, please Hire additional staffing! This is unacceptable. I often get my lab work done here since it is the closest and each time I arrive, Mani is the only one there. He is really good at drawing blood, and efficiently. There were several who left after waiting OVER an hour. Management needs to fix this asap!"

"If you’re a walk-in, stay away from this place. They won’t give you an ETA even when it’s completely dead. Just leave you sitting in the waiting room with no communication, then tell you they are going “on break”. This is the second time I’ve tried and it’s been empty just to get the same rude guy tell me it could be a very long wait, when there is no one in the office. Folsom quest is much better."
