"I have a Doorbird system that was inexpertly installed by another company a few years ago. Recently, it stopped working. I called BH Theater and Audio and was greeted by Jacob. My original plan was to call a few installers in the area and compare prices. But once I started talking to Jacob, it was clear he was honest, patient and knowledgeable. He agreed to come look at my system the next day. When he showed up he diagnosed the issue in a minute, literally–a small nick on the cable was the fault–and laid out a simple, reasonably-priced solution. He was not available to fix my system that day, but came out another day and did a superb job, replacing the cable and upgrading it from a bare ethernet cable poorly stapled to some wood to a strong cable fortified with a flexible hose to protect the cable.
