"She did a good job for the most part… BUT, I didn’t realize at first that I asked for knotless medium braids n instead got regular box braids which caused alot if hair loss for me. I have really tight coils as my natural hair, n due to past trauma to my scalp, I was already having issues with hair loss and was getting the braids as a protective solution for the summer. It wasn’t until i going another salon until my hair started to grow back."

She got right to my micro braids - even told me how to keep my hair healthy and ways to help the braids last. "My hair looked great the first day!!!! I loved it seeing as how they charged me a lot money for my fulani braids! I even left her an extra tip! Since then my braids are looking very nappy and the hair in the front style looks as though some parts of my hair isnt pulled in the braid tightly, and lose and like I have 3 weeks of new growth when it has only been 5days! I am very sad. I was told by the lady it would last me 6 weeks and it's only been 5 days and my braids are looking as if they have been in for 1 month for $240 I wasnt expecting to only get a week of my supposed to be professional hair style! I am going to see if they will fix it so hopefully they are good to their customers in situations like this because if they are it will change my ratiing from 2 stars to 5 stars"
