"I’ve been a first choice dental Middleton costumer for 3 years. Today I had my first visit after they moved to the new location. I waited for almost 20 minutes after my appointment time before someone got me from the waiting room. They introduced me as the “sub” for my hygienist. They finished my whole dental hygiene process within 15 minutes. Needless to say, they did not do a good job and I am not happy with their service. I did not make a follow up appointment because I am going to find a new dentist that can provide satisfactory services."

They also sell your info to a Japanese company named Trend Micro. Do not ever use them as your dentist. Their response shows their snippy, confrontational view of customer service. There's plenty of dentists. No need to go there."
