"Let me start by saying that I had NEVER had eyelash extensions before I came here and haven't gone anywhere else since, so I do not have anything to compare the process to. Please read the full review or skip to the TLDR at the bottom :) I met with Julie for a classic set and it took about an hour and 45 mins. My request was for a natural look, but one that you could see behind my glasses and I brought in reference pictures. Because I had no idea what to expect, Julie walked me through each step to put me at ease. The application process was incredibly easy and surprisingly comfortable. I was surprised how comfortable wearing the lashes was, too. Once I looked in the mirror, though, I wasn't thrilled with the result. The application was good, but my lashes looked too long and fake and it just looked too over-the-top compared to what I had in mind. BUT I let them settle in, and more importantly, I became more comfortable seeing them in the mirror. By the next day, I was in love. They are perfect and exactly what I wanted. I have received multiple comments on my "makeup" and I'm thrilled to tell them that they are actually extensions. I will absolutely return in the future. TLDR: Had never gotten lashes. Good application experience, but initially wasn't happy with the results. In love now that I've gotten used to seeing them!"
