"Here’s the thing I didn’t expect a top of the line haircut but I expected average, and I didn’t even get that. Uneven cuts in the back, bangs cut unevenly, and no blending from sides to the top. Unfortunate"

"I went in and sat down right away since I'd already checked in online, and the vibes were immediately off. One stylist was screaming “coupon" over and over again at a customer, like they didn’t know what "coupon" meant. I’m non-binary and have gotten my hair cut at this Great Clips twice before, so I felt comfortable coming here and asking for a feminine style. This time when I asked the stylist for a trim and to give the layering a feminine look she didn’t acknowledge it and insisted I should have a more masculine hairstyle instead. I asked for my hair to be parted down the middle and be kept long and she responded, "oh, really?" I was getting nervous so I said, "I'm non-binary" and asked for a feminine trim for a third time. She laughed in my face and ignored me. I told her that I didn't want my haircut anymore and that I was uncomfortable, then I left. I will never go to a Great Clips again. I felt humiliated, unsafe, and like I was viewed as inferior as a member of the LGBTQIA community."

"Got my hair cut today and 3 years ago. I donated it both times to Wigs for Kids. Great Clips offers a free haircut for anyone donating their hair. This is the 4th time I have donated my hair. When I am ready to donate it again I will be going back to Great Clips. Great people, great service!"
