"I sent my husband to have my car serviced while I worked. He returned home in less than an hour so service was completed quickly. The only downside is that they were unable to provide a car wash because the machine was down. That was a bit disappointing but hopefully it’s fixed soon."

"I am not sure you want my review quite yet - and this is not really a criticism of Griffin, but more about my unreasonable situation with Chevy and the huge supply chain issue. I dropped my car off for body work (I hit a small animal ) right before Christmas. I am now close to two months since leaving the car with the dealership, and there is no foreseeable timeline for getting my car back. I loved the five months I was able to drive the Chevy Bolt - but I waited close to three months to get one, and now we are pushing two months plus to get it back. I have waited longer on Chevrolet than the time I actually was able to drive the car. I am told we are waiting on two parts. The supply chain issue is unreasonable. I am considering selling the car back to you so you can use the parts. . ."
