"Hair is a very sacred thing to a woman. This is very well known. Even in many cultures, women only let family and friends touch their hair or the hair of their kin. They would not just trust any stranger to their head. In the case of my best friend, Kiri Kaster , she carefully chose a hair technician through a close friend. There was much discussion as she was trusting her hair to someone she didn’t know, but was told she’d be treated “ like family “. This made Kiri feel safe enough to trust her hair to the technician. Before the “ protective hair style” was installed. I myself have helped put Kiri’s hair up in pony tails. She had very very thick hair and it was very long. After she had her hair done and taken down it is VERY clear to see that her hair was thinned out at cut off!!!! That is not supposed to happen with a protective hair style. She was and has been very emotional about her hair loss and damage. The hair technician was very rude and unprofessional. She lied about refunds and let her inexperienced daughter take Kiri’s hair down. I don’t think her daughter is licensed either. Do not go to this hair shop please . Your hair will pay for it and you will probably be emotionally scarred as they are two faced liars to the nicest of people."

She fixed her hair but still did a bad job so I fixed it for her being a hair dresser as well. The way the owner handle it wasn’t professional. And tried to turn it on customer."
