"There is a sign immediately when walking in that says walk in nail services available. After 5 minutes when I was greeted, I was immediately condescended to. I told her the kind of nails I had and she doubted me. She had a superior attitude and when I said “I’m pretty sure you have a sign that says walk in services available” she said “yeah, well no there is no sign”. I was clear when I left the building to read the sign out loud to her. All she had to say was “I’m sorry we are appointment only but we would be happy to set one up for you”. Ugly personality that diminishes any possibility of ever getting services done at this location. Customer service skills go a long way in getting referrals."

"The service was good for it being my first time getting my nails done. My nails didn't look like the picture at all and they started popping off within a week and a half. They were supposed to stay on for at least 3 weeks. It didn't feel like a very welcoming environment either"
