"Absolutely disgusting business practices of this salon. What salon charges their clients for THEIR screw ups and then refuse a refund after screwing up again. My family has worked in salons for YEARS and that’s not standard practice at all, that’s shady practice. I wouldn’t want my hair touched by any stylist here with that attitude. And then to sue someone for honesty? Pathetic owners."

"I’ve had my hair cut and colored by Natalie for 6 years!!!!! I would never dream of going anywhere else. They are crazy good at all things hair, extremely kind, and incredibly professional. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and its my favorite 2 hour appointment every month!!! I can’t recommend them more!"

"after screwing over my hair I was charged additionally for even worse hair. Refusing to refund unless posts are taken down. No-one should spend 392 to go home with hair that looks like this. New management is horrible and unaccountable of her own work. My hair was anything but blended. I have 400 comments from across the U.S who believes I deserve a refund. I’ll make it known my hair was done HORRIBLY at the Vine."

She made sure to take her time to ask questions to find out exactly what I wanted, and then she knocked it out of the park. I've been getting compliments on my hair all day long at work."
