Take 5 Oil Change

"Went and got an oil change with you guys. Took a work trip and came back to oil all over the ground. Called and talked to Tyler, the manager. He came out to my home to take a look, replaced the oil again, and then left and came back to clean up the oil after he was done. He didn’t have to, but he did. He also took photos of the issue and consulted with a colleague during the fix. He was extremely kind, and took the time to explain things to me and figure out next steps. Thank you, Tyler and Take 5."

"I got an oil change on my wrangler and they were fast, professional and courteous. I was offered a water when they greeted me and Travis was very polite and communicative. I wont be going anywhere else for my oil changes."

"First, I had to wait almost 30 minutes to get into the bay to get my oil changed because there was only one worker. Then when I finally got into the bay they try to sell you on an oil change which is priced north of $100 by claiming your car has high milage. I told the worker I did not want that and I only wanted the basic economy oil change. He proceeded to apparently do whatever he wanted because he still ended up doing and charging me for the expensive oil change anyways! As well as tried to sell me on needing a new air filter and new wiper blades which were just replaced after my previous oil change and absolutely did not need to be replaced. It is a scam to get as much money out of you as possible and to say the least I will not be going back."

"Take 5 was amazing and did a really great job! They were even sweet to my sick child in the car (they gave him a juice box and a fruit snack). I forgot both of the gentlemens names that worked on my car yesterday. One was a general manager who was helping out the New Berlin shop and the other was a younger man. Both of them were delightful and when I told them what I wanted done and the oil was out for economy they upgraded me to synthetic for the same price. They also did the same for windshield wipers when they were out of stock for the less expensive ones I requested. Super helpful, even informed me of a transmission leak I didn't know I had and advised me to go get it checked. They are also very quick. I definitely will return especially if those 2 guys are there! Thank you so much for your help and I hope you guys see this. There needs to be more guys like you working in this world."
