"Much shorter weight than I expected. They originally quoted me one hour. We were there less than 30 minutes. Front office staff was extremely polite and helpful. The technicians were very friendly. Am on a walk and to pick up the CDs is down the hallway quite a ways. They told me to just go ahead and sit in the lobby and they brought them to me. Excellent customer service."

"The staff is awesome. Both the Lady who does Mammogram she makes you feel so comfortable and explained everything and she's very nice. The CT scan man was so nice and makes you feel very safe and comfortable. He explains to help you feel cared for and safe. I loves the smiles and the very warm welcome from the desk. "Trying to schedule was a nightmare was put on hold for over 30 minutes multiple times trying to get in for an appointment but once I was scheduled in, the team was awesome they called me for a cancellation so instead of having to wait a month, I only had to wait a week. The MRI scan that I got was pretty painful at first because there was a metal bar cutting off my circulation but the MRI tech was very kind and moved it and adjusted it for me so that I was more comfortable. Everything went smoothly besides that and everyone was really nice. The receptionist was really nice and sweet and yeah everything was great except for that wait time to get scheduled"
