"Just finished making an appointment on the phone. Receptionist is rude and rushing to get you off the phone. I wasn’t even done speaking and she said ok, goodbye so fast and hung up. I hate people who don’t like their jobs. You do realize you can get another one? I saw multiple other reviews about the rude receptionists. I love the Dentist there, she is amazing with my children, but if the staff continues to be rude I’ll have to take my family to a different location."

"How many times do you guys see the reviews and how they talk about the secretaries, still nothing done? All the comments are true. Lady answering the phone is rude and ghetto. Should have a new person more respectful and welcoming answer the phone. Saying my private insurance doesn’t pay for X-ray since I had one done recently. That’s a lie. They just heard that my insurance covers 80% for a crown and wanted more money. Hung up on my face and when I called back said she never spoke to me. That’s a lie. Same person forsure. It’s ridiculous."

"Extremely unprofessional and rude receptionist that told me complete false information. I was looking for a new dentist for my son. She claimed I am unable to go to another dentist because I was already established with a dentist. This is not true, you can change your dentist anytime if you are unhappy with the services. I was accused of dentist hopping and told I had to stay with the dentist I had. When confronted on her incorrect statement I was hung up on. I am waiting for the office manager to call back to inform them of the very poor quality employee. When I called back to find out who I spoke with she acted as if I hadn't spoken with her and hung up again."
