"Cool park to BBQ and play soccer with the kids"
"Dirty and bad smelly and not fun play ground. Place for sleeping homeless sick people but it’s only place for walking with my granddaughter. No body care about that place and who is a governor here? Maybe needs cleaning and renewing.. but how that cab helps if the air around is worse. Smell of many doggies poops"
"Ubiquitous ±10-acre neighborhood park with very few amenities. - No restrooms - Street parking only - Water feature that's currently closed due to the drought - Tot Lot & playground - Non-researvable picnic areas that have a decent amount of shade - Large grassy area - Soccer field Nice if you live in the area but otherwise no need to visit. P.S. surprisingly graffiti-free considering its East Syde location."
"Lived in this area for 11+ years. This park has improved significantly after the new townhouses were built right next to it. Martin Park also expanded and has recovered from the flooding. Just like any other Park in downtown there is sometimes homeless individuals or wannabe gangbangers but they are nonviolent. One major improvement would be more maintenance on the upper section of the park (not just the new area), replacing the water fountain in the picnicking area, and fixing the sprinkler system for kids in the summer (it always floods)."
"Double side walks are plus, water for summer and seesaw is great for kids"
