"I would give zero stars if I could! I was there for service today, Scott Blankenheim was my service advisor. The whole experience was horrendous. I set up a service appointment Dec 13, 2023, earliest I could get in was today. I called early January for a recall notice & asked if that could be done same time & I was told yes. After my initial service request was completed today I was advised they didn’t even have the part in stock for the recall which I had called to confirm they would & was told yes it could be done today. Scott told me the part was ordered today but he did not even offer to set me up for a service appointment for this despite the fact that he told me he had ordered the part. It took a month & a half for this appointment, common sense would say he would schedule me an appointment while I was there. He was completely dismissive & rude the entire time we interacted. There are so many other Ford dealerships in the area, I would recommend going elsewhere!"
