"I’m surprised at all the negative reviews for this lab! I have a chronic health condition and have to get labs every few months. This location is my go-to lab and I’ve never had a problem. They’ve always been professional, skilled, and pleasant."

"This lab location it’s one of the worst locations to go to. Me and my son went to the doctor at 8:45 AM. They sent us down to the lab so that he can get a urine jug so that his kidneys can be checked. We waited for almost 2 hours for our name to be called, not including people who had appointments. I kept saying the workers shuffle through the papers, and then come to find out they were picking and choosing which labs they wanted to do. Finally, I went to the front receptionist and told her what was happening and she went and put my paper back at the top. And all we needed was a jug so that we can collect urine for 24 hours. Then I took the urine back and was given the wrong information on the collection status, and then was told that my 16-year-old son had to do it all over again. The lady who was assisting was rude , short, and had an attitude the whole time she was giving me the jug. I cannot stand this location and as soon as my job has open enrollment, I will be switching providers for me and my family."

"What a disaster of a place. Held line for 26 minutes to make an appointment and after 25 minutes waiting received message on call back availability. That is a shame for a medical facility. Rating is zero. Sharp facilities are not moving forward on new technologies. Put more people to make appts or like all other places let patient do it from a portal. Advance with technology people."

"I went to this location yesterday I was a little concerned and worried about all the negative reviews I had read about the staff being rude and mean and not being helpful but I still went anyway because it was the closest and convenient for me. I am glad I decided to still go regardless of the negative things I read because it was quite the opposite. The staff was very kind and helpful. I had called to find out if my order was there and it happened to not be there and they called around to another location to check for the order. Then they ended up contacting my doctor to get the order faxed over to them. The whole experience was a 10 out of 10 all around for customer service from the time on the phone with a staff member to the time in person with the different staff members. I will definitely go there again for my laboratory needs. While I was waiting in the lobby I observed them being just as kind and helpful to other patients as well. So please disregard the bad reviews on the site. Thank you."
