"Every time I come here for blood work, the staff is always nice, professional and friendly. I am a really hard draw and have experienced a lot of fishing in my veins at other places. That is never the case here. Today I had Suzie and she, like all the others, was able to get my blood on the first stick without fishing. I also like that the lab is open on Saturdays for STAT orders. I highly recommend this location for any blood draw needs!"

"Been to this lab for blood draws many times since opened in this location and have had good experience. Typically a quick check in and short wait, sometimes no wait at all! All the technicians performing blood draws have had no issues performing the draw; are competent and pleasant. Most recent visits have been with Susan. She is very quick, skilled, friendly and remembers me as a regular patient which makes a less than pleasant task a lot easier. I recommend this lab."

"Going in was a 5 star. Quick check-in and great blood draw. I was then given what turned out to be very incomplete directions on giving a fecal sample. I was specifically told that directions for the mail-in samples were included in the envelope, and they are being followed precisely. I was also handed a jar "which needed to be brought back". I was told nothing about refrigeration, nor was it marked on the plastic ziploc bag, or was there any mention of bringing it back within two hours of sampling. It's bad enough manipulating fecal matter into a small jar but doing it twice... Very, very unacceptable! And don't forget to bring your ID and insurance card EVERY time, even if you have the paperwork with the sample you were given the day before. Redundancy at its finest!"
