"All I want is to get fills for my cavity. On third visit, I thought I would get a deep cleaning. Nope, I get extraction for my dead tooth. Then a nurse told me I can make an appointment for filling. So, I did. However, on that day of my appointment, doctor told me I need a deep clean. I thought he will do that instead of filling. Nope. His nurse told me that I need to leave and make another appointment. So annoying! Plus, I have a disability and they are given me superiority complex vibe. Hope I can get my teeth filling soon and then I can never come back. 1/12/2024 UPDATE: I made appointment a month in advance, and they cancel it due to the snowstorm. That's understandable, but they reschedule my appointment to month later. That's unacceptable. LOL I'm such a clown. DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU HAVE SERIOUS ORAL ISSUES, BECAUSE THEY JUST WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND PROLONG YOUR SUFFERING."

"Went in for a hole in my mouth was told I need a root canal and had a infection. I was told they will contact my insurance before moving forward but after not hearing back after a week I was told they never even submitted the paperwork. I’ve been sitting in pain waiting because I never received a prescription for the infection or a appointment to get some work done and it’s been over a week."

"Not professional at all. Had an appointment for a month for a bad root canal fix and infection, had a lot of pain, then they told me they cancelled my appointment because the called me twice with no answer. I got ONE confirmation call at the end of the work day. When I called them to confirm the next day they told me to go in to walk in before 10am because the had to cancel my appt due to not confirming, I had to drive over an hour to be told they don't do walk ins on that day AND MY APPOINTMENT HADNT BEEN CANCELLED. Was told to come back another day. If it was that unprofessional before I was even seen I don't even trust them to look at my mouth let alone work on it."

"I got to give a Big SHOUT OUT to Dr. Mona & Tierra ❤️ had my teeth cleaned and crown work done. I got to say the work I had done was absolutely AMAZING. I would most definitely recommend them very professional and make you very relax explain step by step on what is going on. It was like I seen myself again for the first time in 30yrs."
